Before I begin, here's a WARNING: This particular ficlet is pretty depressing and heavily involves child abuse more than any of the others. So if that's a huge problem for you, please use your discretion. The remainder of this series is progressively darker, not anywhere near as sweetly silly as the rest has been. I should write something cute later just to make up for making Connor's (and Naomi's, but mostly Connor's) life so crappy.
