Hiya again. I asked about Move Deleter and my Rayquaza knowing an HM. Well, I just went to the Move Deleter to remove Fly and he says "Hm! Your RAYQUAZA doesn't seem willing to forget FLY." What does this mean and why the heck doesn't he want to forget Fly?

Sorry for asking about another pokemon game that isn't Diamon and Pearl, but i'm still trying to migrate, and it says some of my pokemon know hidden moves, so i wanted to know, is it possible to delete HMs in ruby? and where is the move deleter? Thanks!

Is there any way at all to get a Pokemon to forget an HM move? Move tutor or anything like that?
