When can you start breeding pokemon in pokemon black? I tried but the daycare lady only let me put one

This is a huge post!

Since it's halloween I decided to breed a bunch of special pokemon!
Most of 'em have egg moves, they're all bred and hatched on Halloween, and better yet, I hatched them all in Lavender town! I also have a selection of other random pokemon that are up for trade!
