Anyway, got home Fri night, but didn't do a heap on the weekend, lots of sleeping in, went out for breakfast both days!

Found a suit I might like, but cos I never really pay attention to suits (they're meant to be a uniform, yes? Surely you're meant to blank on them?) I don't know if it'll date badly. On weekend: saw Babel with CIG, sweltered, drank too much, had cool dream with presents and beetles.

Just missed good public transport connection :-P  That'll learn me to do work stuff... But may as well update!

Weekend good (as usual).  A sunny beautiful 30 degs on Saturday, so took work to Belgian Beer Garden.  Texted ppl on way there, but expected them to be busy at short notice.  But apparently not.  Didn't get work done.  Oops.

Weekend was lovely.  Sunny and temperate. Spent much of it in pubs or out in sunny beergardens and reading with CIG (geeks!).  Was lovely.

Finished "Life of Pi" (Yann Martel) and can satisfyingly cross it off the "1001 Books" list1.  Also managed a little FP2 reading over beers.  But still have a heap to do, and ( Read more... )
