1) I got to go see The Avengers Sunday afternoon. It was the first movie in I honestly do not remember how long that when my mom and I went to go sit down one of the people who worked there asked if we could wait outside so they could clean up. Surprise emergency dentist's visit this morning turned out to be (unsurprisingly, now I think about it) inconclusive, so she gave me a referral to a root canal specialist; apparently one of the teeth they turned into Panama and was never subsequently crowned may be the cause of all of this. Today I swam and took a nap in the grass in the shade and saw fireworks I was so close to I could feel the explosions in my feet.

It was a good day. :D

(Granted, I also got a mosquito bite on my forehead, but I'm about 80% sure that means I'm going to get an interview this week, so.)

When I got into lab today Chris was off TAing a genchem lab (as happens on Tuesday mornings), but there was a mask sitting on my desk. This was mostly awesome because I knew where they lived in the lab once but have since forgotten.
