Not much to update about really. I made quiche from this recipe I made once before last night and it completely epically failed. Trey and I are trying to go all natural, including shredding our own cheese. The monteray jack shredded just fine but the leftover mozzarella ball we used for stuft chicken gummed up on the grater.
