Oh, by the way, I made slight changes since you made that comment, but nothing too big, just changing a word to something that sounded better, etc. =)

I won't be able to comment properly until Sunday (grar, real life) but this was lovely and insightful and hot and thank you. <3

And, I'm very much looking forward to your commentary. You're welcome, and thank you for the opportunity to write it! =)

In any case, I'm so glad you enjoyed the story. Thank you for taking the time to read it. I feel horrible since I still need to read your fics. BUT tomorrow is my last day with the students and I'll be out next week after our teacher work days. I promise I'll get to them then! I'm looking forward to reading all these fics!!! It's been a while since I've read some WWE fics, LOL. It'll make me feel nostalgic since I used to write it back in the day. Triple H/Stephanie was my specialty, LOL.

I hope you enjoy reading them. I have been in a mood as of lately and just kind of feel like no one likes what I write anymore. Yeah it always ends up in some sort of sexual encounter, but I had thought that that's why people liked my fics in the first place, but I guess there's only so many ways to write that sort of stuff, huh? And now I'm rambling...
Sequel! Yes yes yes *nods emphatically* In all honesty I would like to see Nick and Urs get freaky, but I'd be just as happy with them accepting each other , cuddling, and drifting off to sleep as they lay side by side in Nick's bed...*dreamy sigh*

Oh, don't think that people dislike your fics. I think it's more of the fact that LJ has lost a lot of people and it's a matter of finding more friends to interact with us. It's that or like me, they're just busy this time of year. But I promise I will read your fics and give you my honest opinion! And, just so you feel better, for the most part, almost everything has already been written. Shakespeare even rewrote works from other authors! The only time you get anything truly new is when it deals with new technology that didn't exist, but even then, the new will have a familiarity with the old in its plot. I guarantee it.
And, as for the sequel. I'll see what I can do when I get to it. ;)

I like the hide-and-seek Nick plays with Tracy at the beginning. And Urs' point of view of Nick is intriguing.
Of course I love how Lacroix keeps hovering in the background. Although he's not involved in the plot, everybody takes notice of his presence. Interesting how Urs envies Nick for his master.
Nick/Urs is a rare couple although they have so much in common. Your ending is very promising that they may find happiness in each other.
The song is also spot on the plot. Very nice. :)

Hopefully in a good way...LOL.
Of course I love how Lacroix keeps hovering in the background. Although he's not involved in the plot, everybody takes notice of his presence. Interesting how Urs envies Nick for his master.I'm glad you picked up on this. I wanted it obvious that not only was everyone aware of his presence, Lacroix was very much in Nick's thoughts when he heard what Urs wanted from Vachon. Like you said in your comment, Nick and Urs have so much in common. Even though Vachon gives Urs too much freedom and Lacroix controls Nick too much, they both want acceptance. I wanted to draw that parallel. And, of course, Nick had to be aware of where Lacroix was while he was having this discussion. Lord knows the ramifications if he didn't and Lacroix heard his story. There could be some good and bad results from that, haha ( ... )

I think your story brings that very successfully to the fore. I also like how Nick instinctively looks at Lacroix first when a battle plan was needed.
I wonder if anyone has ever written a Lacroix/Urs story. Lacroix's comments in Black Buddha indicate that he must have had some dealings with her.
