they were migrants but I don't know from where, is that a popular/common name there? We just thought they may have been super religious

I don't know if that specific name is popular but I don't think it's uncommon to have names like that.

Seen some names like 'BlessingofGod' GodsGift'

My grandmother was named Nail (Nagel) and I knew a girl in elementary school that was named Zwaantje which basically means swan but....in a diminutive way. I heard she later changed her name.

Aside from that there is a whole side of my family that has a last name that basically translates to 'cocksucker' lmao I am so happy to not be part of that side.

I know a Swantje! It’s so obvious that’s what the name means, but it somehow never occurred to me.

Aww, Zwaantje (or across the border: Swantje - daughter of swans) is such a cute name to me!
Haha, glad you have a different last name then! I like this Dutch singer, Zora Cock, and always assume it must be harder than necessary to be taken seriously and have an international career :/

I remember seeing a theory that celebs only pretended to give their kids weird names, but actually gave them normal names in way to give them anonymity. Maybe this is the case here? Or not.

Even with normal names, these kids will have a not so normal life, and I guess the best we can hope for is that they aren’t too messed up.

I think that's not a bad theory, but Grimes is so starved for attention that I don't think it's the case here.

My sister named one of her daughters Happy, but gave her a normal middle name that she could go by. Everyone she comes into contact with loves her name though, so it's only ever worked to her benefit.

Aaaw. That’s sweet. I knew a Rainbow, and her name was so perfect for her, she was just the lightest, happiest, sweetest person on the face of the earth.

I hope her children grow up to be normal, smart and very embarrassed of their dumbass parents.
