Had a rough last couple of days. I've been working a ton, which is great for the bank account, but stressful and exhausting for me. Still not loving OMax. Anonymous was right, and I didn't go to CMU. It's no solution and it's not something for which I'm passionate. If I change my mind down the line, I can always re-apply. Fuck; even on my birthday I can't sleep in.

Thank you, screaming child on the other side of my wall.

So many things come to mind on this date each year. It's hard, because so much of the good is obscured by the painful. Overcoming the latter to produce a positive attitude for the day is a challenge that, I'll admit, I seem to fail every year. Maybe a greater effort will help this year.
