I'm loving it here in AK. I'm having an amazing adventure and have met some of the greatest people. Looks like I'm officially headed to the slope for work! I fly to Anchorage on 6/22, north slope training on 6/23, then headed to Prudhoe Bay on 6/24.

Google maps says that in order to drive from Juneau to Prudhoe, you have to drive all the way south out of AK, into BC, then up and around to the northwest, resulting in a 2200+ mile drive. Reeeeeediculous.

yeah, completely ridiculous drive, indeed. however, if you ever get the chance or have the time, it'd be awesome if you could come to juneau. even better if you had a weekend available and could go to juneau, catch our ferry over to glacier bay and hang out with me. :)

i know it's a long shot, but you can't blame me for trying. our juneau ferry runs on friday and sunday evenings, and i'm pretty sure you could take it for free, as well as stay here for super cheap. if it's something you think you'd like to do or could possibly work out, lemme know. i work 5p-1a alaska time every night but tuesday & wednesday; front desk phone number is 907.697.4000. miss you and good luck with your new locations!! love you! :)
