[Zelda's in her room today. She's had a few days to think about everything, to reflect, to be fond of past memories, to look forward to future ones.]
...Where to begin?
I suppose... the origin is a good place...
For her, I must do all that I can.

Such an open and heart felt apology is all I could ask for. Honestly, I had forgotten about our little misunderstanding. If I had not been so...frustrated with the child the Captain had given men, I assure you I would have been more understanding, and for that I owe you an apology.
I accept your apology, and you need not think another thing of it.

So many were caught up in the aggravations and irritations of the children. I could not blame a single person for any reactions. You must be relieved that we have been... liberated of them.
Thank you, Sir Praxis. I appreciate your consideration.

The children...If I may, it...reminded me very much of raising my own daughter, Ashelin. When she was a child, I had far more help. Even when her mother passed...
The experience brought back many a memory, and not all of them pleasant.

For your sake then, may we never have a similar experience... Do you miss your daughter? I imagine it would be difficult to be parted from flesh and blood of such a nature.

Of course.
When would suit you?

When...? Oh... Well...
Whenever is of convenience for you, of course.

I've seen that you are one of the few people aboard who can see that Erol is not the monster that many claim him to be. If I am to even attempt to stop that happening again, then I need your help.
[Normally Christine wouldn't dream of asking for help from someone she thinks of as 'the enemy'. It's as unthinkable as asking Jak round for afternoon tea. But... Erol comes before any of her own likes and dislikes, and she's prepared to swallow her pride to help him.
Besides, there's the - arguably slim - chance that this girl (Zellie? Hilda?) and Erol are just friends. He might not be bedding her.]

...My... help?
[Zelda doesn't seem to know what to make of this. She's put two and two together already, however. This is Christine, the young woman Erol has asked her to befriend, or at the very least, to... lend a hand to when necessary.]
I do not know what I am capable of doing, but if you believe I can help you, I will try. I must confess, however, Sir Erol is a prideful man. I do not see him accepting or requesting help as... much of a possibility.

She thinks over Christine's words carefully. Zelda lives very strictly under the condition that she does not influence the way of life of other people. She constantly reminds herself that those aboard are not all her people, and therefore, she cannot always act in their best interests for them, or whatever she may think is within their best interests.
Helping people, however... In any way that she can. She has always believed she has done precisely that for Erol, or for anyone else. After all, it is how she would like to be treated in return.]It is not possible to change the perspectives of other people without affecting free will. We are not as gods and we do not have this right. We must be patient and understanding, even with those of whom we do not agree ( ... )

[Come on, let it be another gold one. If she was wondering what to do with a normal one she wasn't very creative.]

[Kevas doesn't know what that means, but he doesn't like it.]

Yes, brother. It was something Sir Reiner and I acquired.

[At least it wasn't what he thought it was.]
