Well, my first two days at the new job have gone swimmingly, thank God. I've already been invited to apply for a position that will soon become open, and have turned in my application, with the proviso that I'll need to strengthen my Spanish skills. I got the job! So I'll be employed for at least 3 weeks. (Hopefully longer, to justify the daycare expense.) Maybe if I go in there and really kick ass they'll let me stay longer.

Gave blood yesterday, and I simply can't say enough that I urge all of you to do the same. There really is no easier way to save a life.
