Life is good. My elbow is healing. I live in a house with Melanie, whom I love rather a lot. I have a job I reasonably like working with people I get along with where my contributions are valued. I broke my elbow sledding. Surgery on Monday. Pins, maybe a plate. Super-exciting. Maybe I can get a new icon out of it.

I have been offered a position as a software engineer with a small subsidiary of NCR located in the Purdue research park. Take that, my college experience, but mostly, take that, my current job. I may move back to the west side. I may even have a garage. Things like this excite me, for I am clearly old.

If any of my Purdue friends graduating aren't planning on using some of their four allotted tickets or aren't going to request up to two extra tickets, I would be super pumped if somebody could help hook me up with a couple. I got my four and requested two more, but I need eight to cover all the people who want to go.

Today I followed progress to its logical conclusion, all the while assuming it was taking me where I wanted to go. When I reached the inevitable end, I found I was not where I wanted to be, and was forced to pursue a different path. So it goes.

I've discovered the joy of Uncylcopedia, the Wikipedia of disinformation. I've written a bunch of little one-offs, but my only two semi-full articles as of yet are Unicron and DDR.
