We've been approved for a loan to cover the cost for the roof that goes over the amount paid out by insurance. We should have no problem getting the work done. :)

One less thing to worry about!

Our roof needs to be replaced. It's not leaking - yet - but it's very worn and starting to fall apart. Fortunately, insurance is going to cover it, so the next step is to get a couple of estimates from roofers and get the work done before winter comes.
