Hmph. There's not that many muns out there with patience -- my own mun can be counted among one of those. I was supposed to be chilling at home, relaxing after being confirmed alive thanks to that vague-assed ending from my first game. Sylvia, you lying bitch -- "Too bad there won't be a sequel" my ass ( ... )

The advantage to being a tiny kid was that you could get around relatively easy with little to no trouble. Running close to the ground at ridiculous speeds, Idui was a rarely-spotted streak of black. She was tiny and easy to miss. Then again, maybe that was also a disadvantage ( ... )

"YOU FUCKING LITTLE SHIT, WHERE ARE YOU?!" Travis whirled around, katana drawn as he stomped over to the source of the voice. "I SWEAR TO FUCK, IF YOU-!!!"

Travis stopped when he saw that it was just a little kid, though. He frowned, staring at Idui for a few minutes in confusion as he slowly lowered his beam katana, but still kept it high enough to counter any possible attacks from this weird child.

"Holy shit, kid, you're tiny." he responded, staring at the little girl. "No matter. Where the fuck am I, who the fuck are you, and where the fuck's the game creator? I'mma kick their ass for dragging me off from my ranking match with the number 1 killer."

He couldn’t say that his visit to the Yakuza headquarters the few days before wasn’t worth it; in all honestly he got more than he wanted. Which was enough to surprise someone like him with high expectations, and already he could feel his heart expand with a new found fondness for his new boss as he sat at the breakfast tables in the hotel. His attire was a little less flashy, however. His usual flamboyance was replaced by a black-white casual suit that hang loosely off him, sleeves were rolled up of his white dress shirt and the tie was hanged half-assly ( ... )

To be perfectly, bluntly, absolutely honest, Shun would have been quite content to have nothing more to do with Kakihara. What reason did he have to put up with that psycho, really? They'd met on the streets through pure chance, and all Kakihara had done was get him tangled in an ugly mess with the local yakuza. Of course, Kakihara had taken the brunt of the damage that resulted from the confrontation, but still. That hadn't been necessary in the first place ( ... )

There was one thing Shun should’ve been happy about. And that was that he wasn’t the one with bandaged wrists and a large gauze against his ribcage with small band-aids along one side of Kakihara’s cheek. But Kakihara wouldn’t mention it; he would seem rather braggart about it, being so high and proud about his own wounds. Not like he could help it, really. His first day in this new city had been something akin to that of nothing but a dream, and he leaned back against the chair before he saw Shun.

As much movement and the muscles in his mouth could function, Kakihara gave Shun a wary-smile and gestured the other to come sit opposite him, by then he was already calling up a maid and was muttering to her in Cantonese, how they should give Shun’s breakfast something as childish to resemble a face. Not that Kakihara thought it was mocking, nor insulting, but there were always such simplicities that could equal in a sort of light uplifting feeling ( ... )

[The tall blond man in black leather gear stared down in sheer annoyance as he fiddled with the transmitter while he strolled down aimlessly from the surreal pristine street. Again? As if it was not sufficient that he was brought to a wretched Dream plane after Fuyuki's Fifth Heaven's Feel, here are the worlds juggling once again with the highly unamused King of Heroes, this time tossing him to Akasha knows where. And while it is true that the impressive architecture that currently surrounded him may be commended for the flair, it failed to hide the twisted and corrupted prana flow that is emanating from somewhere, out of sight.

At any rate, it would seem that his treasury was intact, or at least, mostly so. Gilgamesh was arrogant, but not witless. If this plane was anything like the previous one, then it is highly unlikely that Ea can shred reality here. Besides, force is something that he can resort to at any time - perhaps he can hold that off and merely observe, for the time being.]

He caught her prana signature before he caught her sight. Despite all the conflicting signals that he was being made marginally aware of in this new world, this particular one was... far more familiar.

It was a prana that he has already previously encountered, but... Different. Untainted - it was the prana of the Grail itself.

That was cause for mild shock. The Grail? Here? Yet it is conscious. Did a homunculus manage to house its powers AND retain their conscience? Even so, on a plane other than Fuyuki?

Interesting, to say the very least. He did not hesitate to walk towards that signal - and eventually, a rather familiar sight of a purple-haired girl came to be.

He knew her. Ever since she was a child, in fact, and spoke to her briefly again prior to the fifth war, as well. ...She is the vessel? But he witnessed Kirei getting hold of the Einzbern Homunculus and achieve that end with his own eyes. ...Is this yet another outcome of the Heaven's Feel that he was unaware of ( ... )
