Opinion on the Constitutionality of the Health Care Law
I'm not done reading it, but if you want some description of the Commerce clause's history, it has some good stuff, like Wickard v. Filburn. I'm not sure I'll agree that the analysis of the judge here fits in with the precedent cases, but we'll see. -

Great Weekend
I had an awesome weekend. It was raining (drizzling, really) all weekend here, so Megan and I spent much of the time just lazing about and enjoying the cool weather. I did the math today, and I realized why I've needed to be super frugal the end of this pay period (and need to be next month, too). The trip to Denver cost me about $1100. Wow.
