Opinion on the Constitutionality of the Health Care Law
I'm not done reading it, but if you want some description of the Commerce clause's history, it has some good stuff, like Wickard v. Filburn. I'm not sure I'll agree that the analysis of the judge here fits in with the precedent cases, but we'll see.
