So I was hoping for some suggestions for several things...

1) Refrigerated probiotics suitable for vegans that maintain a woman's healthy flora (to help with/prevent YI). I've been using Nature's Life Cranberry Pro-96 or Green Apple Pro-96 (depending upon which one's on sale), but I think I need something better. I'm open to pill or liquid form.

I had been struggling to find a natural deodorant that actually worked forever. I tried the crystal deodorant, Lush bar deodorant and Tom's. I found a combination that worked so-so, but not great. For those that use rock deodorant how do you clean it? I'm starting to notice a smell and I've tried rinsing it with warm water and using a cloth to wipe it and also some baking soda but I can't seem to clean it. Also, what are you favourite natural deodorants?
