I am so busy right now, but in a good way. Class-wise, I constantly have work to do, and on top of that, I've gotten really involved in Phi Sigma Pi. But the goo thing about that is ( Read more... )

I need a change or something. People annoy me. And I think its more me than anything. I feel like sometimes I have to act differently around people...like it just gets old.

 What a year. My parents have divorced and my mom is now remarried. Our family dog of 15 years passed away, but Petie came into our lives in June at 6 weeks old. No girlfriends this year, only hook ups and a few dates here and there with a few girls, some familiar, some new. School was hard, didn't get a single A. Only got 2 Bs and 6 Cs. I'm back to zero with girls. Both girls I liked have fell through within the past week or so. It isn't anything they did, it's just lack of interaction I guess. I am so damned busy, I shouldn't even be updating this. Oh well. I have a test tomorrow, might pull an all-nighter, but hopefully not. Then over the next 3 days I'll be working on 2 lab reports due for Geotech. Fuck. anyway.

So after class Friday, Al, Craven, Michelle, Adam, Drew, and myself went to New Orleans. Our destination was Voodoo fest taking place in New Orleans City Park. 2 main stages, very awesome area.  My dad wanted to get rid of Petie. That made me so frustratingly sad. I don't know why, I usually don't get that attached to animals, but I don't know. I got her myself, I payed for her, and on the way home from getting her, I realized how precious life is and what a miracle it can be. I kind of feel like she's mine in a way.
