The Lincoln Bicentennial penny program from the Mint has announced the four designs.

Meh. Four designs for a coin that costs more to make than its worth, and is all-but-useless anyway. And we're still futzing around trying to push dollar coins.

(Not that Lincoln doesn't deserve recognition. Just the waste.)

Giant Microbes is now selling plushie Sperm and Egg cells. Just the thing for those expecting, intending, or your clever noodging mothers-in-law. :-D

Cool! The LEGO® brick is 50 years old today.

It's been a long while since I've had one of my amazing, full color immersive dreams.

citabria and I played Super Scrabble this evening.

• She called me bad names after I got AZIDE with the Z on a Quadruple Letter square and DOVE including a Quadruple Word square.
• That said, it's a high scoring game. I got nearly 700 without trying hard. citabria had nearly 600.
