So, I haven't written much lately for lots of reasons but I did end up having some dental work done yesterday, which included a new crown, the novelty of which is that it was done in one visit.

I've been feeling lousy since New Year's Day but yesterday was the first day in a while that I didn't feel like taking a pill for something and was (mostly) coherent and actually managed to get a few useful things done. The most awesome, bestest thing about 2007 was that citabria said "Yes!". This was closely followed by buying the condo--especially the part where both citabria and I are living in it. :-D

The dentist trip turned out to be a false alarm--at least in the sense of, you know, needles and stuff--and the road didn't start to suck until I was in CT so I'm now home. The 'Noir is now home in its garage, too.

And there's Internet. And coffee.

And snow. It's so pretty. You know, from inside one's warm home. :-D

Can't cope. Staying home. Unfortunately, it's one of the two magical times of the year when I can't keep the apt's temperature regulated, much less my own.

We spent another long night into the morning in the ER but, to make a long story short, there isn't anything too serious going on and the doctors have enough samples for testing. She still sleeping after we got home around four in the morning and is restricted to liquids for now. She's still in good humor, which, if you know her means that the pain ( Read more... )
