Zero burst into Parker's room wearing a bathrobe over her dress and carrying her shoes and makeup bag. "My hair will do NOTHING. HELP. AAAAAH."

"Aaaaah!" Parker aah'd back at her. "Okay. Sit down. this happens every time. Relax." She grinned and turned on the curling iron and got out the mousse, looking thoughtful. "Anything particular in mind?"

"Down is ew," Parker repeated, then stopped to admire the dress. "Oooo. Claude does good work. Hair clips?" She offered, holding up some jeweled black enamel ones. "They'll match."

Neil happened to be headed down the stairs to go out for some fresh air and maybe some snacks when he happened by and since it was Parker, he felt the need to pause, grin and give an appreciative, gentlemanly whistle.

Parker spun in front of the door, then dropped him a half-curtsy. "Thanks, Neil. Are you on your way to the not-prom?"

"Good evening, Parker," Neil said with a smile.

"No, I'm afraid I am an upper classman and thus forbodin from attending."

He'd been a bit bummed when he'd read the flyer a little closer because he had actually been thinking of attending.

"You look gorgous."

"Ah, so you're not going to Prom?" She grinned at the compliment. "And thanks. I just hope that the masks Isabel has on hand look good with this dress. And that it doesn't get too cold."

After assisting with makeup in Dawn's room, River had returned to her own room and put on her dress. That was fairly simple, as it was just a dress. Her hair was a lot more complex. She took her shoes in her hand and headed down to Parker's room.

Knocking quietly, she called: "Parker?"

Parker opened the door again, putting on earrings, and smiled when she saw River. "Hey. Gorgeous dress. What's up?"

River gave a relieved smile at Parker's complimenting her dress. "Don't know what to do with my hair."

"A common ailment, easily solved. C'mon in." Parker held open the door, then lead River over to her dressing table. "Okay, up, or down?"

Mostly dressed for the event, save for the strappy shoes and mask she was carrying, D knocked on Parker's door frame. "Hey lady, have a few spare hairpins?"

Parker toed open the door, still trying to decide on shoes, and whistled at D. "Verrry nice. And sure. Invisible almost, or jeweled show-offy ones?"

"Thanks." D gave a small smile that didn't go much further. "Invisible almost I think? I'm just trying to get this damn mask to stay on."

"Gotcha." Parker retrieved some clear plastic hairpins, and carefully adjusted the mask on D's face. "Is Krycek meeting you there? He should get the full effect at once."
