Parker was surprised at how much she's actually looking forward to this. But talks with River, Xander and Jack, and an utterly random phone call from Logan Echolls helped her feel better after Weiss's departure. And after English and Isabel cajoled a bit, asking Anders to be her date did seem like a good idea. So following Gun Club, she spent the rest of the afternoon getting ready.
She didn't have to stay for the whole Prom, after all.
