The first day of my internship went well. I go back on Tuesday. My boss (Emily) is really cool, and the Editor (Bel) told me that I should be receiving feedback for a previous submission soon. Ok. So I didn't get THAT internship, but they gave me another one. Woo. I'm an Express Media intern! 

So I'm in Melbourne. Finally. Woo.

In other news, I got an interview for this Voiceworks Internship I applied for...and didn't get it. lol. Which had me feeling shitty for a while but eh, I got over it. And since then I've sent away three submissions for journals/anthologies. So it's not all bad.

I want to eat these.

It's raining. Yay! It wont be stinky and hot today. Still a bit sick, but eh. I will clearly live.
