I could use a couple more recipes with buttermilk. Why, oh, why do stores not sell smaller containers? I probably have a half dozen recipes that use less than a cup each. Can't always find them or feel like making them all when the buttermilk is in the house, either.

I know! A pint would be just fine, but I've only ever seen it in quarts. Who ever needs a quart of buttermilk?
