My love life is utterly abysmal. My social life doesn't exist, much like my love life. And yet... I go on. It's amazing what "wash, rinse, repeat" does to a person. Learn the lesson of being a drone. That's all life is; One set of disappoints after another. Well, 6 days until Christmas and depression is just now hitting me. This is an adult record

There's people who care about you paying attention, even if it is across the other side of the world. I know it's hard, but keep the faith. It will get better.

I know it'll get better... it's just the time between here and then that is just same dang blasted hard. Amongst other things, I feel like a coward, a failure, a burden, an absentee alpha for my dog... the list I'm beating myself up for is long and printed on a non-burning sheet in non-erasable ink. At least it is for the moment. That'll eventually change, as all things are wont to do.
