Her ears were ringing, but slowly that began to clear, and she became aware of someone speaking, saying something about waking up, punctuated by soft sobs. Fred...that sounded like Fred. Upon hearing her, it felt like she was beginning to claw her through the cotton, which soon turned to fog. A moment later, the fog began to clear from her vision
