On Thursday April 29th, David and I went to see his Gastro Doc.  He scheduled him for a colonoscopy on Thursday.   The stuff they give you to take before made him really sick.   Instead of cleaning him out, he was vomiting instead.  All night every hour on the hour we were up and he was very sick.   That morning I barely got him to the hospital.  ( Read more... )

So for the past few months my Hubby has been sick.  He's had tummy troubles on and off for a while but never really went to the Dr. for it.  He just thought his gallbladder was acting up.  It's slowly gotten worse.  Then In November of last year he began losing weight.  That's where I drew the line.  I made him go to the ER because in 1 weekend he ( Read more... )

I truly enjoyed the Oscar's this year.  I can't tell you why really.  I'd seen Benjamin Button and Frost/Nixon.  Both of which were good movies just not overwhelmingly great.  I guess I watched for the celebs and of course to see what they were wearing.  But the O's changed things up a bit and I loved it.  I really loved they way they presented ( Read more... )

So right now we are getting wet, heavy snow in big flakes.    I'm excited because well we never see this kind of snow.  However, I'm so ready for spring.    In the mean time, I'll enjoy this beauty.
