Had lots of validating dreams that seem to be indicating I'm on the right track, healing-wise in the psychological sense! Mostly short dreams about dealing with problems and emotional overload that quickly segued into more short dreams.

Reading about IFS Therapy, there is one issue that doesn't quite fit with what I've found is true with Rays & Shadows. Exiles (as IFS calls these aspects or parts) are definitely Shadows. Today I'm going to have a dialog with the Aspect that communicated to me that her name is Bitterwitch a couple of days ago.
