An OSU home football game is an event everyone should experience at least once in their lives. While attending OSU, I had season tickets and since then, I've been to a few games. This past Saturday I went down to campus to shoot the activities surrounding the Horseshoe. The Skull Session got me fired up for the game. They played my all-time ( Read more... )

I visited one of my planned photo destinations, Outville, Ohio by way of Kirkersville. I'm on a small town kick recently and these were no exception. Kirkersville has a total area of only 2 square miles. Outville is even smaller, with only a railroad crossing and my grandfather's old feedstore as interesting sights.

One of the kids I ran into at Gallery Hop is asking to hire me for a few hours. He dances at BalletMet and would like some "dancer pics" of him at a park. I'm all for it. I'd even do it for free even though he offered to pay me. I just don't know how much (if anything) to charge. A kid (he's 16 or 17, half my age) paying $25/hour is a good chunk of ( Read more... )

Dragon*Con this past weekend was a wholly fun experience. The trip to and from was thankfully uneventful. We stayed in the Westin, a few blocks away from the three main hotels of the con.
