The Bries quickly settled into their new home.
The chose a shady spot under an old willow tree as their loved one's new resting places.
And nearby, Harper (quellasims) found the perfect spot to place the only one of Jayne's gnomes to survive the tornado.
Among the first orders of business, Harper called up their trusted Butler, Alon, and gave him their new address.
And moments later, Whiskey and Sierra entered their golden years.
The disaster really shook Echo to the core. Life was so fragile and short! She decided she needed to seize the opportunities that came her way; she boldly called up Roman (boolpropbea) and asked him if he wanted to come over. He quickly agreed.
He brought his friend, Keenan (brilliantcat) along.
But Echo only had eyes for Roman.
They tried talking about work and politics...
...but soon found that they couldn't keep their hands off each other.
They officially christened the new hot tub XD

Now, you may have been wondering: where was Keenan all this time??
Why, he was getting hustled by Harper, of course ;D

After diner, Roman snooped around a bit upstairs and took a peek into the guest room. I just want to mention that he did this completely on his own!!
Roman: "..."
Roman: "Hmmm."
Roman: "OMFG!! Hahahahahahahahahaha XD"
Oh hay, Oscar (panda_michie) :D Now, now... don't be pissed with me, there was a tornado!
Oscar was so irate about his missing bed, that he kept the dogs up all night with his rantings.
They were less than impressed.
Echo took a deep breath. She knew it was awfully soon, but she asked Roman if he would consider moving in with them.
He was only too happy to accept.
And he didn't come with empty pockets!
For you see, Roman came from a wealthy family. His mother was a high-powered lawyer and his father was the CEO of a large manufacturing company. Roman's birth had not been planned, and his parents mentioned it frequently. Unlike his parents, he was not ambitious. He worked as a golf caddy at his father's country club and dreamed of one day having a real family of his own.
He felt like his dreams might just come true when he looked into Echo's eyes.
He headed off to what was now "their" room, but spent his night with different female.

It wasn't long until Echo and Roman were completely head over heels for each other.
Jayne still longed to become Chief, but his age was starting to creep up on him. He wondered if he still had what it took.

Many things changed along with their new home, but many did not.
And then, disaster struck again.
Fortunately, Echo and her home were saved in time.
Echo: "God, I'm so glad we had that smoke detector!"
That night, Oscar and Wash came out to haunt together :D
Meanwhile, Echo and Roman decided to christen the TwiGuest Room.

So, I'd heard of ghosts being able to open the fridge, but I'd never seen it done. When Oscar went for it, I hit pause and this happened.
Echo walked up at that exact moment! Weeeeeeeeeird.
One night at dinner, Roman decided to surprise Echo...
Harper: "Well, it's about time! Congratulations you two!"
Echo was over the moon.
The next morning, some old harpy decided to kick over their trash can for no good reason while the dogs joyfully ran out to greet Dagmar, the mail carrier.
They all loved her.
Roman: "Hey Mrs. Brie, all woman should be as tasty as you when they get old!"
IF YOU GET THAT QUOTE, YOU'LL BE ABLE TO GUESS THE NAMING CONVENTION OF GEN 4!! By the way, no one guessed what the naming convention was for gen 3: it was from the tv show, Dollhouse.
Echo was determined to learn the dark arts from Kitty, and so invited her over.
After gossiping for the 5496168461351st time about that stupid townie...
...they became besties.
Witchery, at last!!
Hmmm, why is this reminding me of that scene from Beauty and the Beast where the beast finally becomes human?! 0_o
Echo: "Successsssssssssss! Mwahahahaha!"
After achieving her goal, she knew with sudden clarity that she wanted to marry Roman more than anything else in the world.
But, it was late. She settled for christening the other bed in the TwiGuest Room by the light of her new cauldron.
