About a month ago now, I signed the last paperwork and officailly became a home owner. Now I owe the bank money for the next 30 years, unless I pay more each month than they need me to, which I hope. Well, come Tuesday, I will be signing papers and giving a large check to a loan company for closing costs on my house I am buying. It has taken nearly 5 months to get all the proper paperwork finished and funds raised to get to this point. Ok so today I got a huge check in the mail to help me pay off my car loan. I also talked to the owner of the house about a small issue the loan manager told me. We worked out a deal and I will be going to pay off my car loan monday or tuesday.
