Working
Ok, its been a while so I'm updating. I still work my 50-60 hours per week. I usually work 9-3 with my dad then 3-8/9 at Menards. I dont get much time off but my bills are going away quicker and quicker and I'm getting closer to getting a house with Lorena. IT might seem a little bad, but we are going to buy a 2 family ( top floor we rent out and live in bottom floor ) next to my parents. The reason we want to do this is it will be chaper, once we get a renter, than renting an apartment and we get much more room and freedom as to modifying the house. The owners are asking $125,000. This includes a large property in the shape of an L and its about 1/2 acre. Then once its ours I am selling the back chunk to my parents so my dad can build a large garage and tear down the old one. Also we're gonna get a loan for about 1/2 then do a land contract so we pay the previous owners a little at a time.
Lorena and I are still doing well. Sometimes she gets mad at me for not wanting to do what she wants me to but she's ok the next day. We spend nearly every night together for a few hours watching tv or other things. Lorena works alot also, but it seems like its more but in reality its shorter days more often and she's also going to school 3 days a week so that cuts down time we can do stuff. I gotta get back to work so til next time...
