Cross Trainer: First 10 minutes were okay, had my knee support on and this seemed to help :)
Floor Work: So... sit ups on the Swiss Ball is freaking HARD!!! Also 'Plank' is just one of the most random exercises in the world!!!
Treadmill: Actually managed
