So I haven't written anything here since November and that's because from a fitness point of view, December was pretty much written off due to illness and well, it being chrimbo lol
Today spent 15mins on the cross trainer, followed it with 1000m on the rower and ended with another 10mins on the cross trainer. My legs are feeling a little achy but this is good. Was good to give my heart a bit of a work out too. Seriously felt like my heart was going to beat right out of my chest by the end.
Going to revert to the easy session on Monday. This could potentially kick my flabby arse...
