Early Christmas gift
I received an early Christmas gift today when I attended my meeting and was elated to find not only had lost a 2.8 lbs hich for me is HUGE I als hit my 15 lbs!!!

Exciting news on the job front
I may have myself a part time job as a real addictions counselor!!
(Back story) February 2011- I met with Pat Brett, an addictions counselor in the same building as dad's therapist dad had talked to about me. He was the one who suggested the DUI course.
May 2011- I took the DUI course and in the class was Colleen who worked with Pat

What a Mother's Day
Today was Mother's Day and as far as Mother's Day's go today sucked!
Mom was not feeling well at all today. I was up several times during the night helping her with things so I didn't sleep well at all. Then during the morning I was doing the same. I was also frosting a cake for across the street and trying to get some housework done. I'll admit ( Read more... ) -
Target Review
I had my annual review at Target today and for the first time ever I have to say I did not leave the review mad as a hornet feeling screwed over. For once I got more than 8 cents. In fact I got more than 3 times that with a raise of 30 cents!!! Ok I still make less than $9/hr but at least it is now $8.87 -
Communications Seminar Tips
Yesterday I attended a lecture at the library with Aunt Ellen about Communication. The speaker was a radio host who had done all this other media stuff name Bill Mauler. I didn't have any expectations going into it but it was very much worth the two hours. I took notes and am transferring them here so I always know where they are to refer back ( Read more... ) -

Today is my 5 year anniversary at Target.... I've got nothing more to say on that
