Weight-loss of awesomeness.
So I've been on the 12wbt for a month now, seems like less, but it's going well! I've lost 3.5kg, and did measurements today and have lost 13cm! (off waist/chest/hips/thighs combined, that is) No wonder my pants are falling off ( Read more... ) -
