canonfanonschmanon

what's in a name?
18 - Where do you get the most inspiration for your fics (aka "bunnies") from?
inspire me
19 - When you have bunnies, do you sit down and start writing right away, or do you write down the idea for further use?
i guess that all depends. on my mood and on what else is going on at the moment.

sometimes, i will start working on them right away. you know how it is. the thrill of an awesome new idea and bunnies that are hoping like mad. can't beat that. so yeah. i will occasionally sit down and pound out the first chapter in a day or two. depends on how fast i write and the subject. and how many times i'm interrupted by family.

other times, i start taking notes (on paper here, folks) and try to get down as much initial information as possible. character traits and the like. ideas that i plan on putting into play within the idea itself. all manner of things that will be relevant in the long run. i try to put it all down and then, when i have an idea for the story at a later date, i add it to the list i've already got going.

really, i do try to make notes for everything because i've just go so much going on at the moment. but there are times when something slips past and i end up with yet another fic on the go. i'm such a masochist.

25 - Music - Do you listen to music while you write? Do you make playlists to get into a certain "mood" to write your fic? Do you need noise in general? Or do you need it completely quiet?
