Last night did not go to plan. Chloe "popped over to borrow a pattern", which involved me having to spend an hour telling her how to follow the instructions, which include pictures, for a pattern rated "easy". It's a dress. I don't know what else to do. I've been looking for jobs and getting no interviews. And let's face it, I'm crap at what I do. It doesn't engage my interest. It's utterly pointless. Those wiser than myself (and repeat sufferers) have informed me that if I have lost my voice then it is *certainly* laryngitis, even if it doesn't hurt and I don't have blisters on my throat. I'm sor terribly sorry to hear that Mike Mitchell (Solstice) has died. I didn't know him very well but he was such a wonderful person. My thoughts are with his friends and family. -
