Please, please stop it. Listen...the stuff people ate in the past? Often times killed them. They ate very poorly, very high calorie diets. When they could get food. Otherwise they starved to death and died. I've always left my porch light on, as long as it is dark/dusk, and I am awake. Since I go to bed between midnight and three am, that pretty much means it's on 'all night'.
