I'm looking for some work out advice.
I really would like to start working out so I can be just a tad healthier...okay maybe a lot healthier...than I have been. I'm working on the eating healthier thing myself quite succesffully but i know that i need to work out. I refuse to use my colleges gym. Funny how the small things count

Its kinda early for me to be up....
but here i am!!! haha i have class from 8-850am monday through thursday which is a total drag but i get fridays totally off which is so niice. on mondays and wednesdays i come back and clay and i sleep until about noon. on tuesdays and thursdays he goes to class at 10 and then i continue to sleep OR i get up have breakfast and do tons of work, ( Read more... ) -
