Despite my premature disappointment with Christmas shopping et al as evidenced in my previous entry, Christmas turned out really nice. The main celebration for us, as always, was on Christmas Eve. Went to New York with parents and aliterati today. We ate Thai food, and saw the play "Doubt." I rather liked it, though my family was underwhelmed. I don't know; I suppose it wasn't amazing, but I thought it was pretty good. Better than many other plays I've gone to see in the last few years.
