Yesterday, I went over to dangermousie's again, and we watched Escaflowne again, and then I stayed over and she made me pancakes in the morning! She is definitely making good on the feeding-me promise. I'm sorry I logged off last night when you were trying to talk to me -- I was fuckin around with my phone because it kept beeping and telling me 'NEW AIM CLIENT - LOG ON' and I wanted to sleep.

Escaflowne reminds me of the olden days...back in the Wootton Anime Club. *long sigh* Good times, good times.

Oh Escaflowne. That was when I realised I had a thing for dark, tortured, angsty heroes.

I too, am one of those who found Jack more charming than Ennis. But then again, I could possibly be charmed by Jake Gyllenhaal's blue eyes. But ultimately, I found him a little more sympathetic (and also...a little more "gay"?).

It's not really that confusing? Now I can't figure out if you're just confused on some of the open-ended stuff, or if it's because you didn't pay enough attention to anyone besides Allen and Van and Hitomi. :-D

Actually, my one "huh" point was Hitomi chosing to go back at the end after earlie she was all "I must come back for him blah blah." But talking to Andrew kinda explained that. And of course whether she can really see him or not because she does get an 'apparition' at the end.
