Mushroom risotto tonight. With white wine (Riesling), parmesan, and well... dried wild mushrooms. Oishikatta!
I think I'm not a total failure when it comes to cooking risotto, though chefs and Italian people might want to differ ^^;;;;;;;; (Hmm, did I once upload a quite similar picture? If so, please bear with me, I love this stuff ^_^;;; )
