Two sites I'm currently in love with
Japanesepod101.com - the speed is nice, they break it down in cute little parts and pronounce every new word by kana. Well done!

readthekanji.com - which is a GREAT kanji reading trainer. I'm currently only doing 4kyuu (of course), but I'm doing fine there ^_^;;;
Today after work, I put a few lessons from japanesepod101 on my mp3-player and walked three short rounds through the park (total of 3.6 km). Problem is of course that it getting dark quite early during winter, so I needed to hurry and the last round I already walked quite in the dark ^^;;; There just aren't enough street lights in the park -.-;;
