One of the reasons we bought this house here, is because we are so close to the wild forest. We could walk to the trailhead, but it is faster to drive the 0.8 miles and park and start from there

I'd never heard of Atomic Ranch before, so I looked it up on Google. Very cool! Does yours have a wall of glass, like the photos I see?

Also, wilderness is wonderful. I would have been all over that location as well.
