I went on a 3-mile hike in the snow with Dax -- my left foot is still not better, but it seems not to mind if I go on hikes in my hiking boots, so hikes are my main form of exercise right now. Last week I couldn't hike every day yet, so I guess it is slowly improving. I'll probably go to the gym tomorrow as well as hiking again -- I put off ( Read more... )
