I finally received a phone call from the pediatric clinic ( see this post for reference). I have been given an appointment for Alex on August 16, at last. Last time he was seen was in October 2008 and he was supposed to be seen 6 months after... We've been waiting ever since. It will be 2 years and 10 months since his last appointment...

Sudden move
Follow up from this post.
We moved in my current apartment in May 2004. I was pregnant at the time, due for the first days of September. It was my friend Nathalie (aka Aubrée de Gui in the SCA) who was living here and told me that she was moving in with her beloved.

To have my cake and eat it too
Well. It's been a while.
A while back already, we had to postpone the wedding by 2 weeks. settling for October 29. After I initially booked the hall, I learned that 2/3 of our guest list had a previous commitment and would have been absent. Fortunately, it was not a problem with the hall.

Countdown officially started
It's now official, I can start counting down the days.
October 15 this fall.
The hall for the wedding is reserved. It's been complicated, there was a lot of scheduling issues around which to work... But the hall wasn't available in May until October 15. Earlier would have been nightmare, and later would have meant getting wed in the snow.

Now that I know I won't have the job, I know that I will have the time to attend BIA in Dragon Dormant without making a huge dent on an insanely busy schedule, since it won't be insanely busy *grin*

My path was not there, not now.
