Today at school we presented Rachel's Challenge to the students and it was amazing. The responses and the respect they had was impressive. I am not sure what the lasting impact will be in the long run, but I do believe a ripple of kindness was stared and I am excited to see what happens. The tough thing about following your heart is what people forget to mention. how do i keep the peace, the moments of realization i have in my calm state, and actually apply them to my chaotic life?
i have been doing a decent job of sitting down and thinking through my latest frustrations, even deeper seated issues. my problem is keeping these ideals and acceptance when i need them the most.

Even though nothing is meant to last forever; the eternal cycle of birth and death. I think the point is being able to carry it with us for forever, no matter what form it takes.
