how do i keep the peace, the moments of realization i have in my calm state, and actually apply them to my chaotic life?
i have been doing a decent job of sitting down and thinking through my latest frustrations, even deeper seated issues. my problem is keeping these ideals and acceptance when i need them the most.

you write them down and then you cling to them with every ounce of will you have.
because for me, it was a series of me thinking what the right thing is to do, a number of times wishing i'd do the right thing, quite a bit wanting and almost doing the new idea and then doing it and being fucking freaked out by it and then kinda getting used to it.

it's time.
remember you're learning a new pattern/behavior/way of thinking.
patience.
(which, ironically is the most frustrating thing in the whole fucking world)

the peace comes and goes.
it passes understanding. then buggers off while you apply it.
you'll be alright.
